CREATIVE MINDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, SURAJGARHA, LAKHISARAI,BIHAR is an English medium, CBSE-affiliated school, invites applications for the post of Hostel Warden (Boys Hostel).

Eligibility & Qualifications (as per CBSE guidelines)

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Training/Certification in Student Counselling, Child Psychology, or Hostel Administration preferred.
Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of First Aid, Fire Safety, and basic computer usage desirable.
Candidates with B.Ed./Diploma in Hostel Administration/Certificate in Guidance & Counselling/M.Libs will be given preference.
Skills & Responsibilities

Student Welfare & Supervision: Ensure discipline, safety, security, and emotional well-being of students residing in the hostel.
Mess & Kitchen Management: Oversee quality, hygiene, and nutrition of food served; coordinate with mess staff to maintain proper dining schedules.
Health & Safety Monitoring: Ensure medical needs, hygiene standards, and timely care for sick students; maintain first-aid readiness.
Administrative Duties: Maintain hostel records (attendance, leave, discipline, health logs), manage inventory, and coordinate with school authorities.
Counselling & Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and address adolescent issues with sensitivity and care.
Event & Routine Management: Organize hostel activities, study hours, roll calls, and ensure adherence to daily routines.
Liaison: Act as a bridge between parents, school management, and hostel students for smooth communication.
Discipline & Leadership: Handle conflicts, enforce hostel rules, and create a positive living environment.
Other Requirements

Age: 25–40 years preferred.
Prior experience as a hostel warden/matron in a CBSE/boarding school will be an added advantage.
Must be willing to reside on campus and be available round-the-clock for emergencies.
