Full job description
Role: Contact Centre Representative
Location: Campbelltown, NSW
Rate: $29.85/hour + Super
Hours: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Operating Hours: 8am - 7pm AEST / 8am - 8pm AEDT
Start Date: Tuesday, 7th October 2026

This role is based in our Campbelltown office. Hybrid/work-from-home options are available after 3 months' tenure (late shifts are fully remote). Save the Date: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an In-Person Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 17th September at our George Street HQ, Sydney!

Make a Real Impact

Become the first point of contact for patients at I-MED Radiology in our National Contact Centre. You'll help guide patients through their healthcare journey-answering questions, solving problems, and providing the support they need.

What We Offer

Comprehensive Training & Support

6 weeks of training to set you up for success (2 weeks classroom + 4 weeks nesting with coaching support)
Ongoing learning with e-modules and mentoring
Flexible Work Options

Late shifts (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm AEST / 12pm-8pm AEDT) are fully remote
Please note: Our Campbelltown office hours are 8am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Day shifts (8am-5:30pm) can transition to hybrid after 3 months
After 12 months' tenure, employees may request flexible work arrangements (e.g. part-time) in line with Fair Work
After training, enjoy attractive full-time flexible options such as 8 or 9 day fortnights - Expressions of Interest during application stage.
