Position: Video Editor

Location: Pune (Full-time, On-site)

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing team at Arise Digital Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling and experience in editing video content across various formats and platforms. From reels and brand videos to ad campaigns and corporate promos — your work will bring our clients’ stories to life.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and campaigns.
Create engaging motion graphics, intros, outros, and transitions.
Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and captions as needed.
Collaborate with content teams to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual content.
Maintain an organized video library and project files.
Ensure final outputs meet quality standards and platform specifications.
Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and storytelling techniques.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Experience in motion graphics, color correction, and audio mixing.
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific content styles.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:

1–3 years of experience in video editing or a similar role. Talented freshers with strong portfolios/showreels are encouraged to apply.
