• Resolution ( Unsecured & Secured)
• Chalking out the various possible Legal strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts for the region
• Proficiency in DRT / Civil / Arbitration Process / Criminal and other legal remedies
• Facilitating effective Execution of EPs Civil Suits and other legal activities
• Appointment of Advocates Legal Councils Performance monitoring
• Mentoring Legal Agents / DRAs.
• Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting.
• Consistent and effective follow up and negotiation with the customers.
• Laisoning with Lawyers Economics Offence authorities police and other statutory authorities.
• Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases.
• P&L of the Branch
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Legal DRT / Civil / Criminal with collection exposure
• Knowledge of documentation relating to Legal and Arbitration Process.
• Knowledge of Local legal producers
• Drive for Results
• Effective communication skill
• Ability to work on multiple locations
• Having good contacts in local Police authorities and law enforcement officers
• Team player Passionate energetic fast learner & a game changer
• Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker.
