Architectural Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our team in delivering architectural works and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of architectural activities, ensuring timely and smooth project progress, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with experience in local construction industry projects involving HDB/LTA regulations. A diploma or degree in architecture is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural finishing work. Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues and ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements
• Lead architectural coordination meetings and conduct site inspections
• Assist in project handover, defect rectifications, and TOP preparation

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing work in local construction industry involved in HDB/LTA projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
• Candidates certified and registered in CONQUAS will have an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic
