Expert Space Planner & Interior Architect

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Interior Designer. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for formulating space planning, interior design conceptualisation, and concept development.

Key Responsibilities:
• To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
• To prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
• To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board
• To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers on all project matters

Requirements

Prior Experience:
• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline
• Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects

Skills:
• Competent in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Personality Traits:
• Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailings
• Possess creative flair and good portfolio
• Able to multi-task and meet project schedule
• Able to travel for overseas projects
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
