Architect - CBD Area

💰 Salary Range:
• Junior Architect (2–3 yrs): $3,000 – $5,000
• Executive (3–5 yrs): $5,000 – $7,000
• Associate / Manager (8–10 yrs): $7,000 – $9,000

🕒 Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: Office Hour
• 5-day work week

📍 Work Location:
CBD Area (Robinson Road)

📐 Responsibilities:
• Lead and support architectural design from concept to completion
• Prepare construction and tender documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams
• Manage authority submissions and support permit clearances
• Participate in tender evaluations and provide technical input
• Oversee site implementation: respond to RFIs, manage changes, and clarify design details
• Monitor project timelines and support quality assurance
• Attend meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

✅ Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture (Master’s is a plus)
• At least 2 years of relevant post-grad experience
• Strong portfolio across various project scales
• Familiar with local codes, regulations, and submission workflows
• Able to manage timelines and work independently
• Strong team and communication skills
