Forklift Mechanics (5 day - Jurong)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 830am -530pm

Job Responsibilites

1. Carry out standard maintenance, repair & overhaul work on Material Handling Equipment

2. Ensure high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs & inspection to meet department standards.

3. Provide good customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.

4. To perform accurate troubleshooting on MHE and notify Team Controllers/ Customers on required work & replacement parts recommendations.

5. Complete and fill up work reports for each equipment and unit serviced.

6. Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to Safety, Orderliness etc.

7. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superiors.

Qualification, Required Experience, Competencies and Skills
• Class 3 Driving License, forklift license & must have electrical working knowledge
• Academic background in automotive / electrical / mechanical engineering
• At least 2 years working experience in the same Material Handling Equipment repair role
• Must be able to support standby shifts 2 weeks every quarter including weekends and public holidays (including midnight)
