Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Technician to join our technical team supporting construction robotic equipment. This hands-on role involves working with advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Some equipment is operated via mobile applications, but no software coding is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer demonstrations: Support product demonstrations and customer training sessions at construction sites and showroom
• Technical support: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and component replacement
• On-site service: Install equipment and provide technical support at customer construction sites
• Documentation: Follow and update technical manuals and service procedures (English and Chinese)
• Supplier coordination: Liaise with manufacturers for parts procurement and technical guidance
• Quality assurance: Ensure all equipment meets performance specifications before deployment

Requirements
• Technical experience: 3+ years in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems (construction equipment, manufacturing machinery, automotive, or similar)
• Technical skills: Experience with at least one of: hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, or mechanical assemblies
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license and comfort with driving commercial vehicles (vans)
• Language skills: Fluent in English for technical documentation. Proficiency in Chinese preferred for supplier communication
• Bonus experience: Background in wet trade works (screeding, tiling, flooring) or machinery maintenance
• Strong independent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and committed team player
• Singapore Citizen or PR (required for CCP)
• Willingness to travel to construction sites for demonstrations and service calls
