Lead FP&A Expert
The role of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a pivotal part in driving business decisions through rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is responsible for spearheading global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to evaluate business performance across geographies and revenue streams.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with insightful analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities, key drivers of value, and metrics.
• Analyze and evaluate potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models.
• Oversee detailed cash forecasts (TWCF and rolling 18-month) to monitor cash burn.
• Support scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic analyses.
• Collaborate with the CFO in capital raise initiatives, preparing pitch decks, road show materials, and in-depth analysis.
• Manage the organization's Capitalization Table (CAP table) and oversee dilution scenarios associated with additional funding rounds, SAFE agreements, Convertible Debt, and Option grants.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a Private Equity held company or other high-growth companies.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Business Intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, including creating and presenting compelling presentations.
• Ability to be independent, hands-on, and support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
• Proficiency in professional-level English is required.
