Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building with clients
• Sell bank loans, personal loans, and home loans to customers

Requirements:

Job description
Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team at Seven Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar activities.

The role involves providing technical support for the Loan Origination System (LOS) developed in JAVA language, and acting as an escalation point to resolve issues quickly. The successful candidate will take care of L1 & L2 support activities, provide MIS reports to the bank, and ensure that service desk requests are dealt with efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Providing technical support for the LOS application.
• Maintaining accurate records of all service desk requests.
• Working closely with the development team to resolve technical issues.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar activities.
• Strong knowledge of JAVA programming language.
• Experience in PL/SQL is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
