Staff Accountant (AR/AP, NetSuite, Remote – U.S. Hours)

We are looking for a Staff Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to join our team. This role will manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliations, and journal entries —playing a key role in maintaining accurate reporting, smooth month-end close, and overall financial integrity.
Responsibilities

Process AR/AP transactions in NetSuite and maintain vendor/customer accounts

Perform bank transaction matching, reconciliations, and journal entries

Support month-end close, reporting, and audits

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting workflows
Qualifications

3–5 years of accounting experience (AR/AP + GL exposure)

Strong NetSuite expertise (Bank Match, reconciliations, reporting)

Solid knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles

Must be able to work U.S. business hours (East Coast) — remote role
