Experience Required - 2-3yrs
CTC - 20k -30k per month
Qualification - B.Sc Agriculture/M.Sc Agriculture/MBA Marketing
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities-
• Identify & generate new sales opportunities with in the target market- Farmers , Dealers , Landscapers etc
• Promote & Demonstrate products like Power Weeders, Drones, Drip Sprinkler irrigation systems to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with customers
• Conduct on field visits , product demos, participate in agriculture expos
• Maintain records of sales , inquiries & follow ups in assign tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, lead generations, and product promotions.
• Provide after sales support & ensure customer satisfaction.
Graduate preferably in agriculture or equivalent
Experience of minimum 2 years in sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within assign territory
Basic knowledge of farming
Self Motivated , result oriented & customer focused
