Social Pill is a leading 360° digital marketing agency based in Mumbai. We help brands grow through transformative strategy, compelling content, and result-driven advertising campaigns. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can manage high-performing ad campaigns, ideally with experience in the hospital, healthcare, or caregiving sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Run performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI for D2C or service-based clients
• Strategize and align digital efforts with client objectives, especially in the healthcare/caregiving space
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics like ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR
• Conduct A/B testing, keyword targeting, copy optimization, and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and regularly interact with clients to share updates and insights
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance

Eligibility & Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Proven success in performance marketing and lead generation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Preferred background in hospital, healthcare, or caregiving-related industries
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced work environment
• Must have a personal laptop
• Must be open to working onsite from our Andheri West, Mumbai office

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
