Job Description
What you will be working on:
Responsibilities
• Support in the execution of outreach programmes to raise cybersecurity awareness and adoption of good cyber hygiene among students, community and seniors
• Assist in the planning and execution of events (e.g. drafting of publicity materials, liaising with partners, vendors and volunteers and coordinate event logistics)
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with public/private sector partners on initiatives to expand outreach efforts to various audiences
• Support the outreach team in developing resources (worksheets, videos) for community and seniors in English and vernacular languages.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. maintaining the student enquiries mailbox, managing event bookings, updating event reports and analysing feedback gathered from events)
What we are looking for:
Requirements
• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and communications, including events management and content production. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Good understanding of multi-channel communications, including new media trends
• Proven project management skills
• A high-energy individual who is hands-on, results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
