Role- U.S. Recruiter

Experience- Freshers with Healthcare/Bio/Pharma/Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical.

or prior experience in US Recruitment.

Note: Fluent English communication is a must.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Job Responsibilities: US Recruitment
• End to End-to-end life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding of candidates.
• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, databases, references, etc.
• Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications
• Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
• Would be responsible for the effective usage of the Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
• Above all that mentioned in the job description, we are looking for someone with good communication skills & a committed team player.
