AWS Data Engineer Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer who can code, design complex data projects, manage cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have core skills in Python, Redshift, and AWS. Additionally, experience with Snowflake is preferred.Location: IndiaResponsibilities:Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Code, Design and manage complex data projects.Code and develop solutions using Python, SQL, Redshift, and AWS.Utilize experience with Redshift or Snowflake to enhance data solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.Implement and manage data processes for the Data Warehouse and production systems.Maintain and update Data Engineering architecture.Design and implement ETL processes.Provide technical leadership in data spaceSpecific Qualifications:Proven experience in problem-solving and engineering complex use-casesProficiency in Python, Redshift, SQL and AWS.Experience with SnowflakeStrong project management skills and the ability to design complex data projectsAbility to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholdersExperience in developing blueprints for analytics applications using Big Data infrastructureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
