Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (4–5 years experience) with strong expertise in native iOS and Android development, who also brings solid React Native experience. You’ll lead the development of enterprise-grade mobile applications, combining the best of native and cross-platform technologies to deliver exceptional performance, functionality, and user experience.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the design and development of mobile applications for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Leverage React Native to build cross-platform features while maintaining a native-level user experience.
• Architect solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers, set coding standards, and drive engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex mobile challenges across platforms.

What We’re Looking For
• 4–5 years of proven experience in iOS and Android native development.
• Strong proficiency with React Native and bridging native modules.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications with high performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with mobile app architecture, design patterns, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex integrations and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance innovation and practicality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
