Job description The role with SirionLabs is to support multiple clients on the SirionapplicationThe work will be essentially around performance management aspect of Supplier/Vendor Governance for outsourcing contractsUnderstand Sirion application features and processesIndependently handling task and request assigned by the managerValidate service level / performance reports of IT / ADM contracts submitted by the supplierAnalyze service level reports for trends, continuous improvement, and annual resetEnsure all Sirion reporting and dashboard accurately represent supplier dataCalculate performance credit and earnbacks based on SLInteract with global clients and supplier for completing various task/requestCustomize documents and templates for service operations teamCreate excel template for automation of taskRequirements :The incumbent must have ability and orientation to work onsimple to complex documents with high degree of quality and accuracyKnowledge of outsourcing industry including IT infrastructure, Including helpdesk, software development BPO/KPOTools - exposure to supplier performance tools like Service Now, Remedy, HPSM, IQNavigator, Obligor, Business ObjectProcess oriented - ability to learn new processes andcontribute in various disciplines of supplier governanceCommunication skills - ability to interact comfortably on teleconference and through mails with client personnel, client service provider and account management teamAt least 1-3 years of relevant experience in managing Infrastructure/ Helpdesk / Application Development and Maintenance type of contracts.Prior experience in managing performance reports of IT contract.Role: IT Project ManagerIndustry Type: Software ProductDepartment: Project & Program ManagementEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Technology / ITEducationUG: Any GraduatePG: Any Postgraduate
