Estimator – Demolition & Commercial Projects (Hybrid + Site Walks)
Theo’s Industries Pty Ltd – Sydney, NSW

Theo’s Industries is a nationwide demolition contractor specialising in structural demolitions, interior strip-outs, and emergency response services. We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in a hybrid role, combining work from home, office collaboration, and on-site inspections/walks.

About the Role

Prepare and submit quotations and tender submissions for demolition and strip-out projects.
Conduct site walks to assess conditions, risks, and scope of works.
Interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and project specifications.
Complete take-offs, scope breakdowns, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
Liaise with clients, builders, and project managers to clarify scope and ensure accurate pricing.
Support the Director and Project Manager with procurement strategies and cost tracking.
About You

Previous estimating experience within demolition, construction, or related industries.
Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and cost structures.
Confident in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and general computer skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company on site walks.

Pay: $25.95 – $74.24 per hour
