Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle Project Manager

As a Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle Project Manager at Genpact, your primary responsibility will be overseeing project management activities for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) project, focusing on the WMS and Finance modules. You will need to have a strong understanding of integrations and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include partnering with clients to comprehend their strategies, challenges, and objectives, showcasing expertise in SCM and Finance modules, and demonstrating executive presence to manage pre-sales and project execution in a complex environment. Your role will also involve designing solutions tailored to specific industries such as Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Insurance.

You will be accountable for the end-to-end management and coordination of the project, ensuring its successful completion. Additionally, you will collaborate with external providers, possess knowledge of Workday integration execution parameters, and have experience in Workday integrations development and ERP project management.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a BE/MBA/M.Tech degree and substantial experience in managing Implementation Projects in Financials and Procurement, along with ERP project management expertise covering the full SDLC lifecycle. Preferred qualifications include experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders for ERP projects, proficiency in Oracle EBS Modules like Finance, PA, and SCM, and a strong understanding of business processes.
