We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, organized Creator Relations Manager to own our creator community, manage campaigns, and ensure creators love working with Posted. This is a perfect role for someone who’s equal parts people-person and project manager, with a passion for social media and creator culture.

Role Description

This is a role for a Creator Relations Manager. The Creator Relations Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with creators while coordinating campaigns to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. You’ll be the main bridge between our creators and our internal team, making sure partnerships run smoothly and scale effectively.

What you’ll do

Recruit and onboard new creators into the Posted platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Coordinate campaigns: track deliverables, deadlines, and quality of submissions.
Communicate feedback and optimization tips to creators to help them succeed.
Troubleshoot issues quickly (payment, submissions, guidelines, etc.) to keep campaigns moving.
Collaborate with the brand partnerships team to align creator output with client goals.
Develop playbooks and processes to scale creator operations efficiently.

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
Experience with influencer marketing, creator management, or community building is a plus.
