Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tire & Lube Technician to join our Jiffy Lube team at Thomas Street, Mississauga. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, customer satisfaction, and career growth are valued.
Duties
Perform oil changes, fluid top-ups, and filter replacements.
Carry out tire services including rotations, repairs, and seasonal swaps.
Conduct courtesy checks on vehicles and identify additional maintenance needs.
Confidently recommend additional products and services to customers to improve vehicle performance and safety.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Follow all company procedures and health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Passion for customer service and upselling relevant services.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
