At Baccalieu Trail Brewing Co., we're fueled by a passion for craft beer and a commitment to excellence. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Packaging Technician / Cellar Hand. The position is available to start on Monday, March 31st 2026.

The Role:

As a pivotal member of our small and close-knit team, you will take on the crucial role of quality control champion. Your keen eye and commitment to precision will ensure that every can and keg of Baccalieu Brewing Co.'s beer is filled to perfection, maintaining the high-quality our customers expect and deserve.

Key Packaging Responsibilities:

Mastery over our packaging line operations, executing with precision and cleanliness to uphold our quality standards.
Collaborative efforts with the brewing team to achieve packaging goals, with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts.
Meticulous cleaning and sanitation of our packaging line, tanks and vessels to ensure our brews are nothing short of perfect.
Cellaring duties:

Dumping yeast from beer, dry hopping beer, adding fruit, and manipulating temperature of the batch.
Cleaning and sterilizing tanks, including all parts of the equipment
Transferring beer from tank-to-tank under a closed, oxygen-free environment
Carbonating beer to the required levels
Maintaining accurate records of all activities and communicating with the brewery team as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must me 19 years of age or older
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
Ability to follow SOPs and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 80-90 pounds to waist height and work in tight spaces
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
