With the continued growth of the business, Davin are looking for a highly organised and practical person with a technical skill set. Working in a close-knit team environment, you will be a key liaison point between the customer and the manufacturing team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standard and to customer requirements and timelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a commercially minded, customer-oriented link between the manufacturing team and clients both on the telephone and face to face
Determine the customers manufacturing and materials requirements
Raise and submit quotations
Enter sales orders and issue works orders
Order materials, hardware and consumables
Liaise with manufacturing and other internal teams to ensure everything manufactured correctly and delivered to order
Ensure Quality Assurance and adherence to BOM’s
ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in a technical environment, either in contract manufacturing or sheet metal
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills with accurate data entry
A customer centric ethos with energy and a drive to achieve results
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
