We are looking for a driven and experienced Paralegal Manager to join a fast-growing New York State Law Firm located in

Brighton Beach. If you’re a natural leader with sharp attention to detail, deep experience in plaintiff personal injury law, and the ability to guide a team while managing your own caseload you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of case managers to ensure smooth day-to-day case operations.

Review medical records and demand packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage a personal caseload from intake through settlement or trial.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure their questions are addressed.

Review and analyze case reports to inform strategy and improve outcomes.


Fluency in Russian is required

5+ years of experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
