The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate, experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a centre that values innovation, collaboration, and child-led learning.

Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs tailored to preschool-aged children
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Conduct observations and assessments to support individual learning journeys
Collaborate with your team to plan, evaluate, and continuously improve educational programs
What We’re Looking For

4+ yrs experienced, Diploma Qualified Educator
Experience implementing age-appropriate learning experiences
Current Working with Children Check, Child protection & First Aid certification
Must have Full Working Rights and is available to work FT
Sound Knowledge of Child Protection and mandatory reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
