Full job description
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, organised and switched-on Executive Assistant to work alongside our two CEO's. This isn’t just about taking calls and scheduling meetings — we need someone who can run the back end like clockwork, juggle priorities, and keep the boss focused on growing the business.

What you'll be doing:

Manage the diaries, inboxes, and priorities of two CEOs
Handle confidential documents and reports with absolute discretion
Coordinate travel, events, and board meetings
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Keep the wheels turning behind the scenes — making sure nothing slips through the cracks
What we're looking for:

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or in a senior admin role
Previous experience as a PA/EA to a CEO, influencer, or public figure is highly regarded
Top-tier organisation and communication skills (written + verbal)
Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly and think two steps ahead
Discreet, professional, and confident when dealing with sensitive info
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / AI tools is a BONUS
