We are now searching for a Business Analyst to join the Digital Technology team on a Fixed-Term contract , based here in Wiri, Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Digital Technology, this position involves driving identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

Key responsibilities

Support Critical ERP Systems - D365 & Autoline
Essential Supply Chain knowledge
Enable improvement projects for our DCs such as RFID, AWS implementation
Tier 2-3 Technical Analyst
Gathering requirements and Process Mapping
Systems Testing and Documentation
To be successful you will need

Experience in ERP, CRM or DMS platform
Well-versed with UI/UX design flow, business process mapping and data analysis for online/offline customer and marketing data
Experience in Microsoft Power Bi and SQL a plus
D365, Annata and Autoline experience a plus
Experience in process automation
Knowledge of project management software for incident tracking and project management
Experience in conducting design thinking workshops
Practical knowledge in business analysis concepts and techniques outlined in the globally recognised International Institute of Business Analysis BABOK Guide
Essential Supply Chain knowledge, e-commerce desirable
