Employment Type: Permanent Part Time, 20 hours per week
Position Classification: Administrative Officer Level 2
Remuneration: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour + Annual leave loading + Superannuation

About the Role

To provide a high standard of customer service whilst performing administrative duties within the Admissions Department.

Ideal Candidate


Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing so as to competently interview patients and also provide patients, relatives and staff with relevant information as required.
Demonstrated customer service skills, and an understanding and an interest in providing a high standard of customer service.
Good computing skills & attention to detail (e.g. Data entry, Intranet, email, Word, eMR modules)
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to work as part of a team.
