Hotel Housekeeping Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our hotel's housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of quality service across all areas of the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
• Direct and guide the housekeeping team to ensure seamless delivery of clean and hygienic rooms and public spaces.
• Cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and other hotel areas.
• Hiring and training of new staff members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies to optimize departmental efficiency.

Skill Requirements:
• Proven knowledge of interior design principles and horticulture/landscaping practices.
• Familiarity with chemicals and cleaning equipment, as well as safety protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
• Property management systems experience, including guest feedback mechanisms.
• Computer literacy and equipment knowledge to streamline operational processes.
• Awareness of essential safety and hygiene practices to maintain a healthy work environment.
