Full job description
Quest Therapy Group is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person OT therapy services at schools setting in San Fernando Valley area. Make your own schedule and conduct assessments and participate IEPs remotely. Schedule to start with 25 hours per week.

Duties include:

Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments to determine eligibility for OT services
Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor individual OT therapy intervention plans that support the IEP goals and objectives
Participate in IEP meetings
Maintain timely weekly documentation and provide updates regarding IEPs
Communicate on-going student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals
Must Have:

License as an Occupational Therapist by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
Job Type: Part-time
