Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Manager to join our dynamic team in the cleaning sector. The Trainee Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleaning and service, while also fostering a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities

Support the management team in daily operations of the business.
Assist in staff training in a hands on role, leading by example
Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Maintain high standards of customer service
Actively seek new contracts for the business
Promote the company through social media and other platforms
Monitor processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address any concerns.
Contribute to rota planning and staff development based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
Uphold health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning/facilities management.
Supervising experience is advantageous, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Full UK Driving licence essential
