What You’ll Do:
As a CNA with Serenity Care and Compassion, you will:
Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and use of assistive devices
Ensure safety by keeping call bells within reach and responding promptly
Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to the supervising nurse or care coordinator
Support meal preparation, assist with feeding, and help ensure proper positioning during meals
Document care activities accurately and thoroughly before the end of your shift
Serve as a reliable, warm presence for those in need of comfort and support

Qualifications:
Completion of a State-Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program
Active listing in good standing on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior CNA experience preferred, but not required—we’ll support your growth!

Completion of a PCA certification or training program (or prior experience in personal care)

Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Georgia
Current CPR certification
