What's the job
As a Guest Service Agent, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, room guests, assist with inquiries, and deliver exceptional service in line with the Crowne Plaza Melbourne brand and policies.
Your day to day
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of the hotel.
Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately while maintaining detailed guest records and following all standard operating procedures, including handling cashier floats and daily financial reports.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, while upholding IHG standards of behavior, appearance, and cleanliness in the front desk area.
