Job Title: Chemical Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled chemical process engineer to join our team at Swan Enterprises Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and optimizing column internals such as trays, structured packings, random packings, distributors, and demisters.

This role is crucial in ensuring high-efficiency solutions for our clients through process design, performance evaluation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize column internals to improve mass transfer and separation processes.
• Conduct process simulations and calculations for distillation, absorption, and stripping applications.
• Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing compatibility of internals.
• Perform hydraulic and efficiency calculations to recommend suitable internals for specific process requirements.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot operational issues in installed column internals to enhance performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 2-5 years of experience in process design, mass transfer, or column internals manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of distillation, absorption, extraction, and phase separation principles.
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer, thermodynamics, and pressure drop calculations.
• Experience with technical drawings and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
