Job Title: Lifestyle & Accessory Designer (Department Head)
Location: Jaipur
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in the industry (not open to freshers/students)

About the Role

We are looking for a Lifestyle & Accessory Designer to head our design department. The ideal candidate is someone who blends creativity with functionality, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, and can translate ideas into market-ready products. This role is best suited for a designer with hands-on experience in product development and a strong understanding of lifestyle and luxury markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of everyday and luxury lifestyle products.
• Oversee the complete product development cycle – from ideation, prototyping, to final execution.
• Work extensively with fabrics, embroideries, and other materials to develop innovative products.
• Balance functionality, practicality, and aesthetics in every design.
• Keep a close watch on market trends and consumer behavior to create relevant product lines.
• Experiment with new concepts, techniques, and designs to build unique products.
• Guide and mentor junior designers (if any) while heading the department.
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of proven industry experience in designing and developing lifestyle/accessory products.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and design detailing.
• Good grasp of consumer needs, luxury markets, and lifestyle trends.

Skills We’re Looking For
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
• Open-minded, experimental, and market-driven in approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
