Business Development Specialist-Health agency

You will be responsible for recruiting new Insurance Agents to join our company and attract new customers. Your main tasks will include training all agents on how to effectively promote and sell our insurance products. It will be your responsibility to achieve the business goals set by the company through the agents. Maintaining regular communication with pending leads and references will also be a key part of your role.

Your expertise in Health Insurance products is crucial for this position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Health Insurance within the agency channel. Candidates with experience specifically in the Health Insurance agency channel are preferred.

The offered CTC for this position is in the range of 4-5 Lacs per annum, along with Conveyance and Incentive benefits. The location for this position is in Jaipur.
