Their team is expanding, and they’re looking for a design professional who can bring fresh ideas and precision to every piece.

Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating original patterns, graphics, and artwork tailored to performance apparel, with a focus on gymnastics leotards. Working closely with the in-house team, this role requires strong technical skills, an understanding of fabric application, and a strong eye for detail. This is a 100% on-site position in North HoustonKey Responsibilities:
• Design custom graphics and patterns for gymnastics apparel and other performance wear.
• Convert sketches and concepts into digital designs ready for production.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs align with brand standards and manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain consistency in design themes, colors, and layouts across collections.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in sportswear and gymnastics fashion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of graphic design experience in the fashion, activewear, or sportswear industries.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of textile printing methods, especially sublimation and stretch fabrics.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality design execution.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Must be able and willing to work on-site in North Houston.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience designing for gymnastics, cheer, dance, or other athletic performance wear.
• Familiarity with CAD software or apparel design tools.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant sportswear or fashion designs.
