Sales Promoter

Assist in receiving, storing, and displaying FMCG products.
Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and arranged as per planograms.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the department.
Provide customer assistance by guiding them to products and addressing queries.
Support promotional activities, tastings, and in-store activations.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Assist in monthly/quarterly stock audits.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet departmental goals.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in retail/FMCG operations (freshers may also apply).
Knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS system preferred).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as per business needs.
Preferred Skills

Prior experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or food retail.
Understanding of inventory control and merchandising.
Team player with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
