Assistant Manager Finance

Job Role

The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing the company's fixed assets, including their insurance, addition/deletion, and claims. They will create and dispose of assets in Oracle Fusion, ensuring GST invoices are issued accordingly. The role involves tagging assets properly, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with branches and vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Heading Fixed Assets register
• Managing Fixed assets Insurance
• Create/disposed assets in oracle fusion
• Ensure assets are properly tagged and recorded
• Manage yearly fixed assets verification
• Coordinate with various user departments
Qualification

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA/M.com degree or be semi-qualified with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. They should have a good understanding of accounting entries and principles, as well as knowledge of TDS and GST. Proficiency in MIS reporting, trackers, and MS Excel is also essential.
• MBA / M.com or Semi qualified
• Good understanding of Accounting entries & principles
• Good Understanding of fixed assets accounting
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST
• Good Knowledge of MIS reporting, trackers etc.
• Hands on experience of MS Excel
• Working experience in Oracle fusion environment preferred
