Role Overview:
We are seeking a cheery and motivated Administration Officer to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents, and employees feel warm and welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a busy switchboard
Meet and greet all guests
Accept deliveries
Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts
Support recruitment and education of staff
Handle payroll-related tasks
Support the General Manager as required
Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house
Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees
What you’ll need
Computer literacy and speed
Aged Care experience (desirable)
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
2026 Influenza vaccination
NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
Eligibility to work in Australia
