Program Manager Position Overview

As a Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and establishing strong relationships. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all program deliverables, managing budgets, resources, and strategic customer engagement.

Our team designs and develops cutting-edge digital instrument clusters, displays, infotainment systems, domain controllers, advanced driver assistance systems, and wireless battery management systems for electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Launch new products that meet customer requirements
• Manage delivery, resource planning, launch coordination, change control, and single point of contact for customers
• Accountable for program profit and loss
• Negotiate the scope of new business with customers
• Lead communication with customers during program launch

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has extensive automotive experience (10+ years) with Tier 1 experience (5+ years) in the last 10 years. They should also possess engineering or program launch execution experience (10+ years), customer-facing experience (5+ years), and Japanese language proficiency.
