Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Fresher Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing strategies
• Ensure all content and collateral adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience
• Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytical tools and platforms
• Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to optimize marketing strategies and tactics
• Monitor social media analytics and track the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HR tech industry or B2B/SaaS
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, email marketing, and lead generation
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
