Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
