Qualifications

We are located in LIC, NY and seek an architect with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience. The required qualifications include but are not limited to:
• Proficiency in residential construction documents
• Familiar with NYC and NY State Building Codes, Zoning and Building Practices
• Coordination of other consultants including MEP and structural engineers, lighting designers and code consultants
• Client, contractor and consultant interface
• A strong knowledge of exterior/interior detailing and millwork design
• Solid experience with Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, VRay, Enscape, Adobe Suite including Photoshop, In-design and other computer application literacy
• Oral and written command of the English Language
• Multi-tasking/time management skills: the ability to work on several projects at the same time in either a management or production role
• Field/construction administration experience
