The Role

We’re looking for a Photographer/Videographer & Editor who doesn’t just click and cut, but sees stories. Someone who can plan, shoot, and edit content that feels alive and makes people stop scrolling.

If you’re the kind of person who notices the way light falls on a table, or how a laugh looks better in motion than in stills — we want you on our team.

The Job

Here’s what you’ll actually be doing:
• Planning and shooting photos + videos for campaigns, social media, and brand AV
• Turning raw footage into fresh, engaging edits that bring out the emotion in every frame
• Creating short-form content for Reels, YouTube Shorts and beyond
• Working with our creative and marketing teams to make sure visuals match the vibe of each brand
• Handling post-production — color grading and sound. Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a big plus
• Keeping an eye on trends and experimenting with formats that feel bold and relevant.
• Organising and maintaining your work so we can repurpose and reuse easily

The Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience as a cinematographer/editor
• A portfolio-(cinematography and editing skills for social-first content)- that shows us your eye (doesn’t have to be huge, just honest)
• Comfort with editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom
• A good sense of lighting, composition, and how to tell a story visually
• Curiosity, collaboration, and the patience for retakes until it feels right

What you’ll get
• A salary of 20K–30K (depending on merit)
