We also support people, including older people and people with disability, to stay living at home longer and to live well in their community.
Our broad range of primary health services, care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individual’s needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham, these services can be delivered locally, in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Job Description
The opportunity:
Working at least three days, our Domestic Assistants provide a range of care and services designed to meet our clients’ needs and goals in a flexible and supportive manner. The role may include home care tasks, cleaning, light meal preparation, socialisation and other responsibilities. Support work will be carried out across our three local regions in Whitehorse and Manningham municipalities.
Desired Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate:
Are passionate, caring and committed to supporting people in their own home to maximise their quality of life
Are able to assist in all activities of daily living- based upon the clients needs and goals- including home care tasks and domestic assistance
Are able to work independently in the community
Are committed to the rights and dignity of people
Have excellent communication skills
Have a current driver’s license & well-presented insured car
Can complete documentation of tasks on a smartphone
Are eligible to work in Australia & can provide a satisfactory National Police Check
Have a qualification in and a passion for Aged Care or Community Care
Comply with OH&S instructions, Policies & Procedure, ensure timely and accurate collection of appropriate data to meet relevant reporting requirements ensure compliance with privacy legislation
Available to work a minimum of three days
