Help strengthen public sector data and insights that guide decisions for Victoria.

This role is a chance to build your data skills and apply them to real projects, giving you hands-on experience in reporting, analysis and survey work.

What you'll do

As a Data Support Analyst you will:

support the collection, checking and management of workforce data across the Victorian public sector
prepare reports, dashboards and charts to make data clear, accurate and useful
assist with data extraction, quality checks and information requests
support the team's work in delivering the People matter employee opinion survey and other data collection projects.
Who we're looking for

We are seeking someone who:

has skills in Excel and SQL to clean, organise and analyse data
works well with others and adapts to change
is interested in developing further skills in reporting, analytics and data quality.
