Accounts Head

Location: Rajhans Montessa, Piplod, Surat
Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 per month
Industry: PET Recycling / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end accounting (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets).
Ensure GST reconciliation & timely filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B.
Manage TDS/TCS compliance and coordinate with CS for ROC filings.
Liaise with auditors and strengthen internal controls.
Prepare MIS dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis).
Candidate Profile:

5+ years in Accounts & Finance; 2+ years in manufacturing industry.
B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter preferred (not mandatory).
Skilled in GST, ROC compliance, Tally/SAP/ERP, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
